PDS can coordinate the building plan, engineering, permit steps, site preparation, foundation and carpentry scope. The goal is a clear division of responsibility before construction begins, with Paul available directly throughout the job.

Rural and residential properties across Durham have different access, grading, drainage and zoning conditions. The proposed location, setbacks, grade and delivery route should be reviewed before the structure and price are finalized.
Door sizes, wall height, roof style, interior clearance and future use are worked through early so the approved design suits the equipment, vehicles or storage the building needs to handle.
From permit drawings to the finished structure
Some owners need a carpentry scope for an existing plan. Others want help coordinating drawings, permits, excavation, foundation work, steel, siding and related trades. PDS defines those responsibilities in the quote so the project has a practical path forward.
